CORPORATION COMMISSION ANNOUNCES EMPLOYEE FURLOUGHS

                         

 

(Oklahoma City) The Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) today announced a furlough plan to deal with budget shortfalls for the remainder of the fiscal year. Employees will take unpaid furlough days on February 12, March 19, April 9, April 30, May 14, May 28, June 1, and June 25. All Commission offices will be closed on those days.

 

OCC Director of Administration Brooks Mitchell stressed the plan is subject to change, depending on changes in the agency’s funding.
